Shipping policy
Free Shipping:
We currently offer free shipping on all orders, over £40.00, within the United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch most orders within 1 business day and after your order dispatches it can take 1-3 business days for delivery.
Order Processing:
We aim to ship all orders within 1 business day of placing your order. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday through to Sunday will be processed and shipped on the Monday.
Order processing and shipping may be slightly effected during busy times or due to external issues not within our control (COVID-19)
Shipping Methods:
We use Royal Mail to deliver our packages. Should a package be larger or heavier we may use ParcelForce.
Delivery Times:
Once your order has been processed for delivery, you will receive an e-mail confirmation that your order has shipped, tracking information will be contained within this confirmation.
All orders shipping will usually be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that Royal Mail shipping times are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates:
All additional shipping methods and rates are listed when you place your order at check out.

Local Pickup / Click & Collect:
Local pickup orders are processed and ready within 1 hour of the order being placed. A notification will be sent once your order is ready to collect. We release orders only with your confirmation email is shown when you come to collect your order. Orders will not be released without this. Orders can only be collected by persons over the age of 18, ID may be requested for proof of age.
Local Delivery:
Local delivery is free and offered within a 2 mile radius of the store. If this option is available for your order then it will appear in the check out process.
All deliveries go out for delivery after 6pm. Please ensure a person over the age of 18 (ID may be requested) is available to recieve the order otherwise the order will return to store for pickup only.
Back Orders:
Should a product in your order become unavailable, we will attempt to contact you for a an alternative replacement item. If we cannot make contact we will, at our discretion, remove the item from your order and a refund will be issued back to your credit card or other method of payment.
Damaged Or Missing Products/Order:
If you receive your order and there is product damage, please provide a picture of the products and send them along with a description of the problem to us.
